Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Shhdrdcksshh, operated by Whizon Hongkong Limited. This Purchasing Agreement sets out the terms applicable to purchases made through our online store, including order acceptance, payment, product information, fulfillment, and delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to these purchasing terms together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Please review these policies before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under relevant law.

1. Purchaser Eligibility

By placing an order with Shhdrdcksshh, you confirm that:

3. Order Submission, Acceptance & Cancellation

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not, by itself, confirm acceptance or dispatch. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, acceptance occurs when we send your shipping confirmation.

Shhdrdcksshh may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasonable reasons, including:

• Unavailable inventory or stock discrepancies.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
• Material pricing, description, or technical errors.
• Incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
• Failure to complete reasonably requested payment verification.

If we cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact information provided. Payments collected for canceled products will be refunded to the original payment method. The time needed for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.

To request a cancellation or order change, email support@shhdrdcksshh.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. This does not affect applicable cancellation or return rights.

Changes to prices, listings, or promotions do not override an accepted order except where permitted by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and usage information across our Evening Silk, Country Dreams, and Dreamy Companions sleep mask collections.

Please consider the following before purchasing:

• Measurements & Fit: Dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Please review the listed mask measurements and strap details, as fit may vary between products and individuals.
• Materials: Fabrics, fillings, and other components vary by product. Please refer to the individual product description for material information.
• Light Coverage: The amount of light blocked may vary depending on the mask’s design, fit, facial contours, and surrounding lighting.
• Intended Use: Unless expressly stated otherwise, our sleep masks are everyday personal accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Care & Handling: Follow the care instructions provided with your product. Do not assume a mask is machine washable or suitable for heating or cooling unless the product instructions expressly permit it.
• Included Items: Storage bags, earplugs, inserts, and other accessories are included only where expressly stated in the selected product listing.
• Product Safety: Use only as directed. Do not wear a sleep mask while driving, operating machinery, or performing activities that require clear vision. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact our support team. We will handle the issue under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable statutory rights.

5. Pricing & Catalog Errors

Errors may occasionally occur in product prices, descriptions, promotions, or availability information.

If a material error affects your order, Shhdrdcksshh may contact you to explain the issue and, where appropriate, offer the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel for a refund. We will not collect an additional payment without your authorization.

We may correct inaccurate listings when an error is identified. Corrections or cancellations affecting existing orders remain subject to applicable law.

The currency and final charges applicable to your purchase are displayed at checkout. Your payment provider may apply separate currency conversion or international transaction fees.

6. Inventory & Delivery Estimates

Stock availability and delivery timelines are based on the information available when displayed.

• Order Processing: Orders generally require 1–3 business days before dispatch.
• Estimated Transit Time: Standard international shipping generally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: Generally 11–23 business days, including processing.

• Unavailable Items: If a purchased item becomes unavailable before shipment, we will contact you about available options, including a refund for the affected item.

This choice of law does not deprive customers of protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to their purchase.
